River Crane Framing
Based in Twickenham, South West London, River Crane Framing has provided a bespoke picture framing service since 2013. Currently, my focus is on training others to start new hobbies or to build their own picture framing businesses. I’m doing limited bespoke framing services.
I’m Sue Harper (GCF(APF)), resident picture framer and trainer, and the projects I have worked on include one-off pieces for gifts or art for the home, and projects for galleries. My workshop in the garden provides a peaceful alternative to shopping on the High Street. I work by appointment only, to provide a calm space to discuss your artwork.
Framing: I have framed for photographers and other artists preparing for exhibitions, for designers and decorators working on new room layouts, and for anyone wanting to preserve cherished memories. I have framed photographs, drawings, paintings, prints, mirrors, canvases, shirts, embroideries, silk scarves, tapestries, medals…in short, your memories…

Workshops: I run 1-1 in person picture framing training days and online workshops. Whether you want to spend a day doing something different, want to learn a new skill, or set up your own framing workshop, I tailor the workshop to suit you, in person or online.
